Repair Process

This kind of trouble is caused by two ways. One is the RF power chip and U5411_RF. The sudden change of signal during charging is caused by the damage of U5411_RF or the working condition is not qualified. The material object of U5411_RF is shown in picture 1-19.

First measure the iphone diode data between the two power supply pins of U5411_RF and two signal wires of the RFFE bus. The measure location is shown in picture 1-20.

When the probe of Digital Multimeter touch the L5408_RF inductance，the inductance becomes askew and becomes black at the ends of it, as shown in picture 1-21.

Pull out the inductance and connect it with tin. Turn on iPhone and plug the charger into, the signal and dialing become normal after testing. The trouble is removed.
